Prior to establishing RDC Consulting, Robert Cartia was Chief Executive Officer of Spectrum Healthcare Group, a comprehensive behavioral health and primary care center in Arizona. Robert facilitated the organization's transformation from a specialty behavioral health organization to an integrated healthcare organization with primary care and pediatric services. Under Robert's leadership, Spectrum's early adoption of an electronic medical record (2000) resulted in the awarding of Qualcomm3GA-List Award for innovation in the use of technology.
Prior to leading Spectrum, Robert served as Executive Director of Sedona Villa, a residential chemical dependency treatment facility, as well as holding administrative and clinical management positions with the West Valley Camelback Hospital and the McAlister Institute.
Know as an innovative leader, Robert was awarded The Arizona State University Center for Applied Behavioral Health Policy's "Leadership in Services" Award as well as a "Lifetime Achievement Award" from Northern Arizona Behavioral Health Authority.
He received his MBA and Master of Psychology from Northern Arizona University, and is a licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor and a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional.
